It's like so unbelievable! It seems that these people believe that all you have to do is make a law or print a label and it's all gonna be fine. Life ain't like that, sadly, you have to actually do something and writing it down just doesn't cut it - get out in the real world and make it happen! Give someone a reason to do something and they will. As far as I can see people binge drink because they have lost the will to live and that's down to poor leadership and lack of opportunity... Who dreams this crap up?
